1-bedroom properties are as the name suggests, those that have one allocated bedroom. They are sometimes referred to as 1 bhk, meaning 1 bedroom, a hall and a kitchen. Simaisma also spelled Sumaysimah is a small seaside town and district in the municipality of Al Khor. It is located on the eastern coast of Doha and is about 30 kilometres north of the capital Doha. Simaisma is connected to the main highway in the municipality through Simaisma Road, a 7 kilometre carriageway. There is no public transport in the town. The Simaisma Island Bridge is a 450-meter-long bridge connecting Simaisma's mainland to Simaisma Island. The district is mainly occupied by local residents and there are a few primary schools in the area which serve the local community. Older children continue their Secondary education in the district of Al Khor nearby. There are a few properties for rent in Simaisma available, however most people looking to rent in the municipality often look towards rental properties in Al Khor as the district offer many more options.
