3-bedroom properties are as the name suggests, those that have three allocated bedrooms. This type of property would suit a small family. Al Wakra is a municipality located in the southeast of Qatar. The name is derived from the Arabic word "Wakar" which roughly translates to "bird's nest" and was named as such after a hill in close proximity that flocks of birds would build their nests on.
