4-bedroom properties are those that have four allocated bedrooms. This type of property would suit a medium sized family. Najma is a district in the municipality of Doha and known as one of the older districts. The district has good road links being positioned between the B-Ring Road which runs along the north edge of the district and the C-Ring Road that runs along the south edge. Most of the area's commercial real estate is located along Airport Street, C-Ring Road and B-Ring Road and these main roads serve the area. There are 10 bus routes that serve the area which run every day.
Najma is served by two Metro stations, Al Doha Al Jadeeda, on the Red Line in the north east of district and Al Mansoura, on the Green Line in the centre of the district close to the west edge where it borders Al Mansoura district. There are many hotels, main dealership car showrooms and head offices of several large national and international companies in the area. Properties for rent in Najma are mainly apartments in various residential blocks to suit all budgets. There are very few villas available to rent in the area.
