9-bedroom properties are those that have nine allocated bedrooms. They are sometimes referred to as 9 bhk, meaning 9 bedrooms, a hall and a kitchen. This type of property would suit a large sized family and their household staff. Almost all 9-bedroom properties available for rent in Qatar are standalone villas and they usually have good outdoor space and certain amenities like a private pool, a majlis and even outdoor separate rooms for household staff with bathroom facilities. The most luxurious larger villas are commonly found in West Bay, West Bay Lagoon and in the Pearl. Larger villas are sometimes semi-commercial and can be good for companies or for housing staff, so it is quite usual to see them advertised for these purposes.
It is advisable to check the facilities being offered and also the layout of the property as some agents do not always list all the amenities fully. It is also best to view any properties that interest you in person as there are many aspects of the home that you can gauge better when you visit the property.

The recent leaders have sought to increase Qatar's presence worldwide and provide greater "civil liberties" and one example of such is through the establishment of one of the freest press agencies in the region. Qataris pride themselves on being a tolerant and accepting nation towards others and their beliefs, despite being a conservative and religious nation themselves. They are a welcoming nation and supportive of their large expatriate population and it is easy to see why Qatar appeals to so many.
