Umm Al Seneem is a district in the municipality of Al Rayyan. It is in zone 56 of Qatar and neighbouring districts are Mesaimeer to its south, Industrial Area to its west, Ain Khaled to its north and Abu Hamour to its east. Umm Al Seneem Street passes through the district and connects to Salwa Road (Q5) in the north and to Industrial Area Road in the south.
The area is mainly residential, in addition there are over 10 schools and kindergartens (both local and international, primary and secondary) and some businesses located in the area. The majority of the housing the area seems to occupied by local residents mainly in form of large standalone private residences. There are a limited number of homes to rent in Umm Al Seneem. The neighbouring districts of Mesaimeer and Ain Khaled have much larger offerings of rental properties from studios and apartments to villas both standalone and in compounds to suit all budgets.
